Frequently asked questions about CLASSIFIED
Why did I receive an invitation to dine at CLASSIFIED?
We appreciate all of the travels you’ve taken with us, so we want to give you the opportunity to enjoy this private restaurant experience.
Will I always be able to make a reservation at CLASSIFIED?
Your invitation is meant for your upcoming travels to or from Newark, so we recommend that you make your reservation as part of that trip. While you may be able reserve for a flight on a different date, we can’t make any guarantees.
Can I dine at CLASSIFIED without a flight reservation?
No. You’ll need to go through security checkpoints to access CLASSIFIED and will need a valid boarding pass.
Does CLASSIFIED accept cash?
No. Please make sure you have a debit or credit card for payment.
Where is CLASSIFIED located?
CLASSIFIED is located in Terminal C at the New York/Newark Airport. You’ll receive more specific location details after you make a reservation.
Since the restaurant is located in Terminal C, does that mean that my flight will depart from Terminal C as well?
Not always. Gates are subject to change, so we recommend that you check your flight status and allow extra time to walk to your gate in case it’s located in a different terminal.
What if I can’t find CLASSIFIED when I get to the airport?
Please refer to the location details in your reservation confirmation email. If you need further assistance, you can contact CLASSIFIED directly at support@classifiedewr.com.
If I change my flight, do I need to change my CLASSIFIED reservation?
If you made a reservation at CLASSIFIED and then decided to change your flight time, you’ll need to adjust your reservation time to accommodate your new flight departure time.
What if my flight to Newark is delayed and I miss my reservation time?
You won’t be penalized for missing a reservation, but we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to accommodate you.
Who should I contact if I have questions or need to make changes to my reservation?

Why can’t I select the reservation time that I want?
Restaurant availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. If your preferred time isn’t available, you can select a different time or check back later as availability may change.
Why can’t I book a reservation for a party of seven or more?
Tables are limited to service for six people. If you have a party larger than six, email us at reservations@classifiedewr.com to make a reservation.
Are the meals at CLASSIFIED complimentary?
No. You can view the prices for each dish on the menu.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
Absolutely. You’re able to make a note of any restrictions or allergies when you make your reservation or you can let your server know when you get to CLASSIFIED.
Can I bring my children to CLASSIFIED, and is there a children’s menu?
Yes. Children are welcome to dine at CLASSIFIED, and we’ll have a children’s menu available.
Will there be any specials or off-menu items offered?
Yes. Be sure to ask about the table-side steak tartare.
